EUCIC Course 2026: Management of “Pandemic” MDROs – Is it Still Simple and Feasible?

The European Committee on Infection Control (EUCIC) has announced the next edition of its educational programme dedicated to infection prevention and control. The upcoming EUCIC Course – “Management of ‘Pandemic’ MDROs: Is it Still Simple and Feasible?” will take place in Venice, Italy, from 5 to 7 March 2026.
The course will bring together leading European experts and practitioners to discuss updated methodologies, surveillance strategies, antimicrobial stewardship, and prevention bundles related to multidrug-resistant organisms (MDROs). Participants will have the opportunity to explore practical approaches and exchange experiences to improve management and containment of resistant infections in different healthcare settings.
Open to both EUCIC students and external participants, the course provides an important opportunity for professional growth and international networking in the field of infection prevention and control (IPC). Attendance at live sessions is required for certification.
